How We Can Serve Your Professional Community

Unfortunately, as you probably know, some clients (and patients) fail to pay their bills for professional services. Some go even further by abusing the system by engaging one professional firm after the other to skip their bills and still receive all the professional services which they require from uninformed new professionals.

This website was developed to stop this abuse and help attorneys, physicians, accountants and other professionals ethically and legally report the payment history of all of their clients (and patients), including non-paying or otherwise hard-to-get-paid clients and patients. We do this by helping each professional community to ethically share payment history information.

Indirectly, this service may lessen the pressure for professionals to raise rates and charges (which indirectly punishes the helpful and faithfully-paying clients and patients) by saving them from lost time and revenue.

Quite simply, this website (and its internal processes and systems) create a safe, secure and confidential payment reporting service. It allows professionals (and their practice groups, firms and companies) to conduct a simple search of new potential clients (and patients) to determine the payment history (both good and bad) of such individuals as reported by other professionals, including whether they have paid their bills for professional services in the past, the amount outstanding, and contact information for the reporting professional to obtain additional information about any developments since the report was submitted. Finally, the reporting professional has the option of indicating (by red, yellow, or green light) how searching professionals should proceed with getting paid by such potential client (or patient).

In this way, the professional who is considering whether to provide services to the potential client (or patient) can make a more informed decision on the amount of retainer (or other prepayment) which should be required, how to take payment from this new client or patient, the rate to charge such client or patient, and even whether to even represent this potential new client (or patient).

PLEASE NOTE THAT INFORMATION ENTERED BY ATTORNEYS AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY OTHERS IN THEIR PROFESSION (AND THEIR STAFF). ALL OTHER REPORTS ENTERED BY PROFESSIONALS WILL BE VIEWABLE BY THE PROFESSIONALS OF EVERY INDUSTRY AND PRACTICE.
