Conducting a search is easy. Just sign up as a registered user, then click the button to conduct a search. All you will need to have is the name of the potential new client or patient (“PNC”) you want to search, and the state where such PNC is located. Once you enter the required information, the search will be made and you will be sent to a screen to purchase the search results through Pay Pal. A per name search fee will be charged to your valid credit card through Pay Pal at the time that the search is conducted. After you pay for the search through Pay Pal, you simply click on the indicated link back to this website to receive the search results. If no reported client matches your search, then your Results Report page will so indicate.
Each applicable report will show all the entered client payment history entered by prior individuals under that name in the selected state, including a stoplight color to quickly help you know how the reporting professional assessed the PNC in regards to payment for their services and contact information for the reporting professional. All searches are spelling sensitive, so you are reminded to be precise in information entry.
